We currently have a contract with the Education and Skills Funding Agency to engage with adults to provide the skills and knowledge they need to equip them for work, an apprenticeship or other learning. It is designed to enable flexible tailored programmes to be made available, some of which do not require a qualification, to help eligible individuals to engage in learning, build their confidence or enhance their wellbeing. In partnership with Calderdale College we work throughout North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Greater Manchester to deliver a free service, created to help micro and small to medium- sized employers, turn their business growth plans into reality by upskilling their existing workforce. Specifically we work with employers to identify their skills gaps and recommend bespoke training plans which will give their workforce the competence they need to grow the business all at no cost to the employer.
