The generic ones include management programmes from team member to Level 7 strategic leadership, business improvement techniques, performing manufacturing operations and customer service, sector specific programmes are business and administration and information technology<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><strong>\u2022 How much do the programmes cost?<br \/>\n<\/strong>We are able to request funds on your behalf which usually is split on a 60\/40 basis if your organisation meets the eligibility criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><strong>\u2022 Is there a minimum group size?<\/strong><br \/>\nThere isn\u2019t usually for NVQ programmes.
